If you joined before January 1, 2023, your points will expire if no points are earned or redeemed through your Vuse Rewards membership for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

If you joined after January 1, 2023, your points will expire if no points are earned or redeemed through your Vuse Rewards membership for a period of six (6) consecutive months.

This means:
- If you have earned points, made a purchase on vuse.com or at a Vuse Store, or if you have redeemed points on vuse.com or at a Vuse store within the last 6 or 12 months (depending on when you join Vuse Rewards), then your points are safe.

- If you have not earned points, made a purchase on vuse.com or at a Vuse Store, or you have not redeemed any points on vuse.com or at a Vuse store in the last 6 or 12 months (depending on when you join Vuse Rewards), your points will expire and be removed from your account.
