The process for requesting a price match differs depending on where the lower price is found.
If you’ve found a lower regular price on another online store and wish to request a price match, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team with the following information:
1. The product you wish to purchase
2. The website where you found the lower regular price
3. The specific regular price you found on that website
Note that you will need to submit proof of the lower price or provide proof of purchase in the form of an order confirmation number within 14 days of the purchase.
