If you request a price match in a Vuse or V3 Store based on a price you find in another vape store, we require a time-stamped photo of the price you claim to have seen. If you are requesting a price match based on a price you found online, simply show us the website product listing.
We require the receipt from the original purchase to refund credit card transactions and to validate your purchase.
If you have already purchased a product from a Vuse store or a V3 store and subsequently found a lower price on a Canadian retailer's own website, you must provide proof of purchase in the form of an order confirmation number within 14 days of the purchase. If approved, we will refund the difference.
