If you have already purchased a product from Vuse.com, a Vuse store or a V3 store and subsequently found a lower price on a Canadian retailer's own website, in a vape shop or another retail store in Canada, you must provide proof of purchase in the form of an order confirmation number (receipt) within 14 days of the purchase. If approved, we will refund the difference on the original payment method.

The original receipt must be presented for the price difference refund of a Vuse or V3 store purchase.
