To process a Price Match Promise claim, we require supporting documentation such as a proof of a lower regular price found on a Canadian online retailer’s website or in a physical vape shop or retailer must clearly show the product model, size, colour and flavour, as well as the regular non-discounted price.

The product must also be in stock at the time the claim is requested.

You must provide proof in the form of a photo with a time stamp to verify eligibility in store, or a link clearly showing the product you wish to purchase, the website where you found the lower regular price, and the specific regular price you found on that website.

Please ensure that the picture of the receipt or the website link clearly displays the relevant information, including the product, price, and date. This documentation helps us verify the price match and expedite the claim process.
