This is most likely due to a connection issue. Try turning your Bluetooth off then back on, and pair the vape device to the MYVUSE app again. If your puff count still isn’t being tracked, try these steps:
- Remove the vape pod from the device and re-insert it ensuring you hear a firm click.
- Close the usage tracker and reopen it.
