If your device and phone are out of range (within 10 metres), they will disconnect.

On Android it will automatically reconnect when the phone is in range.

On iOS you will need to reconnect to the device within MYVUSE App.

However, occasionally your device may become unpaired from your phone. To re-pair it make sure your device and phone are near each other, device is unlocked, and the phone’s Bluetooth is turned on. Then click the Menu button 5x in 2.5s and follow the instructions on the App.
