You can change various settings and information for your account, such as your password, phone number or credit card information. Note that you must pair your device with the MYVUSE app to use this function.
- Select MYVUSE or nuviu to open the app.
- Tap the menu icon.
- Tap the profile icon.
- Tap EDIT DETAILS.
- To change your password:
a. Tap Edit.
c. Tap the field under "Current password" and enter your current password.
d. Tap the field under "New password" and enter a new password.
e. Tap the field under "Confirm new password" and re-enter the new password.
f. Tap Save password.
Add credit card information:
a. Tap + Add payment method and follow the instructions to enter your credit card information.
b. Tap Add payment method.
Edit more information:
a. Tap the edit icon.
b. Follow the instructions to edit the desired information.
If you change your email address, you'll be asked to confirm the new email address. If you'd like to change your address, please contact our customer care team.
c. Tap Save information.
