Forgot your PIN for the MYVUSE app? Follow the steps below!
Please keep in mind that, to reset your PIN, you will need to correctly answer your security question. If you forgot your security answers, you would need to uninstall and reinstall the app to reset it and regain access to your account.
- Open the MYVUSE app and enter your email address and password. Then click on “Login”:
- When prompted to enter in your PIN, click on “Forgot your PIN?” at the bottom of the page:
- Select your security question and type in the answer in the text box below. Then click on “Continue”:
- Click on “Create a PIN”:
- Type in the PIN of your choice and then click on “Confirm PIN”:
- Finally, click on “Continue”. Congratulations, you will now be able to access your MYVUSE app.
